A formational journey for fathers of young boys as they approach the climb of their lives
I’m so glad you’re here. You’ve taken an important step in shaping the kind of man—and father—you want to become.
My name is David Goodman, and I’ll be your guide as you prepare your son for his climb toward manhood. Together, we’ll work to:
— Gain clarity on the deeper forces shaping you as a father
— Build consistency in leading your family with purpose and direction
— Establish confidence in the rhythms and relationships that form your son’s heart
Parenting a boy in this stage of life can feel complex, but it doesn’t have to be confusing. This course distills years of research, experience, and personal reflection into a clear and actionable path forward.
I didn’t create this course to add pressure. I built it to bring peace, perspective, and practical steps.
You’ll notice each lesson is concise—about five to eight minutes—and designed to build on the one before it. Take your time. Reflect. Talk about it with your bride and your bros. The growth happens in those conversations.
If you have questions, reflections, or wins along the way, I’d love to hear from you. Comment below under each video or drop me an email at david@basecamp322.com
Welcome to Base Camp 322. Let’s get started.
Instructor
David Goodman is a physician, development coach, and father of three boys. As a board-certified OB/GYN with a Master’s in Public Health, he’s spent his career helping families grow strong and healthy. Through years in global health, medical education, and coaching, he’s seen how transformation begins at home—when fathers lead with clarity and purpose. Years ago, David committed to helping men cut the noise and build lives of intention. He created Base Camp 322 to equip fathers with the structure, language, and confidence to prepare their sons for manhood. His teaching blends science, psychology, and Christian wisdom into a practical framework that fits real life. When he’s not coaching or working in the hospital, you’ll find David throwing football with the boys, chatting up his wife, ruck walking his neighborhood, or acting like a kid behind a boat.
